WP A member Mike 0' Conner donated five (5) vials of gold to be raffled off to the
"Kid's" at the outing, which were under 18 yrs. Old. OUTSTANDING!!!!
The raffle was held before the meeting.

The Winners of the vials of Gold were:
Jordan Ridgeway, Hunter Ridgeway, Taylor Ridgeway, Trevor Lansberry, Moya Hutchison.
Congratulations to all!

Meeting called to Order at 7: 15 P.M.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Treasurers Report was read and approved.

Glenn Lansberry reported on the Green River Walk and said that they do need help with
the Gold Panning station.

Glenn Lansberry suggested we have the next meeting at one of the Oregon Buttes
Claims.
It was decided to have the meeting at the Mary D-1 on the West Side at 1:00 P.M.
On Aug. 8th we will meet at the South Pass Rest Area at 9:00 A.M. and go work on
claim posts until 12 noon. Bring Your Own Lunch.
If anyone has any steel posts you can donate bring them with you.

Keith Blair made a motion to reimburse Carl Anderson and Robert Jones for hauling the
dirt for the Annual Outing, seconded by Larry Nobel and the motion carried.

Randy Hutchison made a motion to give Mike O'Conner a Lifetime membership, Mary
Hutchison seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Randy Hutchison made a motion to reimburse Les Armstrong and Keith Blair for pulling
the Cooker and Club Trailer up for the outing. Keith declined, he said he was coming up
anyway.

The Election of Officers for the 2015/2016 term resulted with the following:
Nominations for President. Jim Brines nominated by Rosemary Blair. There being but
one nominee Jim was elected by acclamation.
Nominations for Vice President. Janeice Robinson was nominated by Jacque Schmidt.
There being but one nominee Janeice was elected by acclamation.
Nominations for Secretary. Karen Schroeder was nominated by Kimberley Raymond.
There being but one nominee Karen was elected by acclamation.
Nominations for Treasurer. Deb. Palmer was nominated by Les Armstrong. There being
but one nominee Deb. was elected by acclamation.

Congratulations to the Officers for the next year.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 P.M.
