Meeting called to Order at 10:00 A.M.
The introduction of members: 34 members, 2 guests were present.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Treasurers report was read and approved.

The Saturday evening meal was discussed. The club furnishes the meat and everyone brings a
cover dish. Paula Jones moved to have beef and pork roasts,Hamburgers and Hot Dogs, for the
Saturday evening meal at the Annual Outing. Seconded by Gary Shipper, motion carried.


Les Armstrong reported that Randy Hutchison volunteered to cook the meat on Sat. but not
Breakfast. Les will cook Breakfast Sunday morning consisting of pancakes, bacon and sausage
but will not cook any eggs. If you want eggs with your breakfast you will have to fix them
yourself at your camp and bring them with you.


WPA member Don Jones announced that he is opening up his Becky #1 claim to the WPA with
the stipulation that all Mining Rules and Regulations and The Code of Ethics apply.


Carl Anderson and Robert Jones supply the dirt for the outing.
A Knife which was hand forged by Dennis and Charles Walker was donated to WP A to be
Raffled off at the Annual Outing.


Les Armstrong won the 50-50 drawing.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 AM.


Next Meeting will be Sat. June 27th. during the Annual Outing following Dinner. This meeting
will be the July meeting rather than having a meeting on July 11 tho Election of officers for the
next year will be held at this meeting. If you are interested in one of the offices please step
forward and let us know.
The Outing will be at the Bridge Buster Claim where we have held it the last few years. Signs
will be in place directing everyone to the site.
Friday June 26th:
Erect Mess tent and Store tent, set up cooker. Evening campfire and
socializing.
Saturday June 27th:
Miners meeting at 8:00 AM. Do not start running ore until after the Miners
meeting. Dinner at about 5:00 PM with the meeting to follow. Campfire and socializing.
Sunday June 28th:
Breakfast at 8:00 AM. Children's Metal detecting starts at 10:00 AM. Adult
detecting at 11 :OO.Processing any remaining Ore, Take down tents and clean up the camping
area.
A full schedule of events will be posted by the Mess Tent.
Camping spaces are limited so do not set your camper up parallel to the road. Back in so you
don't take up two or three spaces.Be considerate of your neighbors when parking.
