Meeting called to Order at 11:10 A. M.

The Minutes for April 12th meeting was read. Paula Jones made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Randy Hutchison seconded and the motion carried.

There was no Correspondence.

Deb Palmer gave the Treasurers Report. Paula Jones made a motion to accept the report as read.
Mary Hutchison seconded and the motion carried.

Les Armstrong reported that he checked with BLM and the Formula that Randy Hutchison had will work. The seed has been ordered.

Les Armstrong reported that WPA Copyrighted Logo was found and he had talked to the Tip Top Cleaners in Rock Springs and they will get us a price on Decals using WPA’s original Logo.

The Board of Directors reported to the members that we need a volunteer to fill in as a fifth Board Member. Chris French from Lander said he would give it a try.

Les Armstrong made a motion to have Pork and Beef Roast, Hamburgers and hotdogs at the Annual Outing. Seconded by Deb Palmer and the motion carried.
Janiece Robinson suggested that some type of Portable Potty for the Mini Outings was needed. During the discussion that followed, Deb Palmer offered to sell the club a combination shower, and portable toilet which she has. It has never been set up. She will get it out and see if it could be used fairly easy and get back to us at the next meeting.

A reminder to the members that the Election of Officers will be at the meeting held during the Annual Outing. Deb Palmer said she would like to retire as the Treasurer. Someone needs to step up and assume the Treasurer’s job.

Next Meeting: June 14, 2014 at the Miners Grubstake in Atlantic City.

Mini Outing after the meeting if the weather allows.
