Due to a lack of a Quorum no meeting was held.

After enjoying a Breakfast Special, the 18 members that were present held an impromptu round table discussion.

 The By-Laws state we need at least two elected officers and one member from the Board of Directors which works out to be the Immediate Past President (otherwise you would have three officers present).

We need some way of letting the members know if there will not be a meeting. Call down system? Keep in mind that we have around 150 members. Not everyone has e-mail capabilities

With only a few dollars in the 50-50 jar it was decided to carry it over to the Nov. Meeting.

The winter schedule calls for NO MEETING IN OCTOBER-DECEMBER-FEBUARY.

Thank you to Randy Hutchison for taking the members around to some of the Claims after the August meeting.
